Discharge Certificates / Records of Service for non serving members should also be forwarded to the Registrar via email milpolassocaus@gmail.com.

  • Please detail your service history to include unit, location, type of service and dates served e.g. 1 MP Bn - Townsville Qld - ARES - 18 Jan 15 to present, 1 MP Bn - Brisbane Qld - ARA - 21 Jan 12 to 18 Jan 15. Please also include details of Honours and Awards - please note that non serving applicants will be required to provide a copy of their Discharge Certificate or Record of Service. Affiliate applicants should note here their reason for affiliation to the Military Police here.
